Who we are
BoardKeep is made and sold by Soma Pym, trading as BoardKeep, based in the United Kingdom. Email our support address (published at launch). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and handles payment, tax and receipts.
Using BoardKeep
BoardKeep is a Chrome extension for saving boards and pins you can already see on Pinterest to your own computer, for your personal reference and creative work. By installing or using it you agree to these terms.
Other people’s work
Images and videos on Pinterest belong to the people who made them. Downloading a copy doesn’t give you any rights to reuse it. Credit creators, ask permission before publishing or selling their work, and follow copyright law where you live. BoardKeep keeps a link back to every pin to make crediting easy.
Pro, trials and licences
- The free trial lasts 3 days, once per Chrome profile, and needs no payment details.
- Pro is sold by Paddle, who handle payment, tax and receipts, in two ways. The yearly plan is a subscription that renews each year until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro works until the end of the year you paid for. A lifetime licence is a one-off payment, offered to the first 200 buyers only, that unlocks Pro, including new versions, for as long as we offer BoardKeep. It doesn’t renew or expire.
- A licence is for one person and works on up to 3 computers. Please don’t share or publish your key; we may deactivate keys that are shared.
- If Pro lapses, BoardKeep returns to the Free plan. Your files, library and backups remain yours.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
BoardKeep works with Pinterest but isn’t made, endorsed or supported by Pinterest. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc. You’re responsible for using Pinterest in line with its own terms. Pinterest can change its website at any time, which may stop parts of BoardKeep working until we update it.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep BoardKeep reliable, but it’s provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always work or suit a particular purpose. Keep backups of anything important. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll say so in the changelog and update the date above.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law.
