Pro is sold by Paddle, yearly or once for life. Here’s what that means for you.
Questions people ask
How does the free trial work?
Click Try Pro free for 3 days in the extension. Everything unlocks straight away, no card or account needed. After three days you’re back on Free unless you buy Pro.
Why pay when Free is this generous?
You might not need to. If you save the odd pin, or a few boards a month, Free covers you and always will. Pro is for people who save whole boards every week, need them kept current, or hand palettes and lookbooks to clients. The 3-day trial will tell you which one you are.
Yearly or lifetime?
Both unlock exactly the same Pro, on up to 3 computers. Yearly is $15 and renews each year until you cancel. Lifetime is a single $59 payment for the first 200 people: it never renews or expires, and includes every update for as long as we offer BoardKeep. Once the 200 places are gone, Pro is yearly only.
What can BoardKeep save?
Only pins you can already see on Pinterest: your own boards and the public boards, sections and searches you open. It keeps them for your own reference, with a link back to every pin so you can credit the people who made them. Images belong to their creators, so ask before you publish or sell anyone’s work.
Do I need a BoardKeep account?
No. When you buy Pro you get a licence key by email. Paste it into BoardKeep and Pro unlocks. Your boards and library never leave your computer.
How many computers can I use?
One licence works on up to 3 computers. You can deactivate a computer in the extension to move the licence to another one.
What happens if I don’t renew?
If you’re on the yearly plan, BoardKeep goes back to the Free plan. Everything you downloaded, your library, moodboards and backups all stay yours.
Who handles payment?
Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the seller and handle VAT and sales tax for your country. Your receipt comes from Paddle.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
