Find your key
Your licence key is shown on the thank-you page straight after checkout, and emailed to the address you bought with. Can’t find it? Enter that address and we’ll send it again:

Activate Pro
- Open Pinterest and click the BoardKeep button.
- Open the options (the sliders icon) and click Upgrade.
- Paste your key under Already bought it? and click Activate.
You can also activate from Studio: Plan → Go Pro.
Move to another computer
One licence works on up to 3 computers. To move it, open the plan screen on the computer you’re leaving and click Deactivate on this computer, then activate on the new one. Use a backup to bring your library with you.
Renewal and cancelling
A lifetime licence never renews or expires, so there’s nothing to manage. The yearly plan renews once a year, and you’ll get an email before it does. You can cancel any time from your order portal; Pro keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. If you change your mind within 14 days of a payment, see the refund policy.
Lost access to the email you bought with? Email our support address (published at launch) with your name and roughly when you bought, and we’ll find your key.
