If BoardKeep Pro isn’t right for you, you can have a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including a yearly renewal or a lifetime purchase. You don’t need to give a reason.
The free 3-day trial is the best way to be sure first: it unlocks everything and needs no card.
How to ask
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or use Manage my order on the licence page, or
- email our support address (published at launch) with the email address you bought with.
Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
After a refund
Your licence key stops working and BoardKeep returns to the Free plan. Everything you downloaded, your library and your backups stay yours.
